Process wherein an employer sponsors an foreign worker for a temporary job. To qualify the temporary worker must have a bachelor's degree (or the equivalent in work experience) and the job must be for a high level professional occupation.
Required Documents: Passport(s), I-94, Birth Cert., Marriage Cert., Diploma, Resume, Education or Experience Evaluation, Written Contract with Employer or a description of the agreement, and possibly an Employment Verification Letter.
