Fernanda N. Passow was born in Curitiba, Brazil. She graduated in Law at University Positivo in December 2008 and passed in the Ordem dos Advogados do Brazil (Brazilian Bar) in March 2009.

During her law school, she participated in community projects, providing free legal services to those who could not afford it and needed help. She worked in law firms and also syndicates in Curitiba, defending and helping the customers to ensure and exercise their constitutional rights and duties. Her ideology is that success in the exercise of law depends not only on legal knowledge, but also the relationship and involvement in the society in order to find out the real needs and adjustments that need to be made. The dissemination of knowledge is fundamental to the development of the society.

In search of greater personal and professional opportunities, Fernanda migrated to the United States, being part of Attorney Shayne Epstein’s team and acting as a Paralegal in the Immigration Law area and investor visas. Helping the Brazilian community and numerous customers from all over the world, her focus is to improve her abilities and knowledge. Determined to meet customer needs, she helps innumerous families to stay united and can live legally in the United States.

Fernanda is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
